"Belarusian Green Party"(BPZ). BPZ was founded in 1994 by Belarusian ecologist NGOs and civil Chernobyl initiatives activists and was registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus the 3rd of June 1994. In 1999 the party was successfully reregistered. At the time being the party members are numbered more than of 1200 persons and the party have its regional departments in all regions, including the capital of Belarus - Minsk.

According to the party's program, the main aim of the party consists in the creation for the manhood of an environment, which social and ecological indexes would ensure maximum opportunities for individual development. The methods of achievement of our aim are: propaganda work, information activity, participation in forming representatives in government bodies, participation in civil initiatives.
